The leading logistics group for the live event, entertainment, sports, and broadcast industries is expanding its in-house Customs brokerage capabilities in the U.S.

Rock-it Global, a Global Critical Logistics (GCL) company has announced the acquisition of Dell Will Customs Brokers (Dell Will), further expanding its in-house customs brokerage capabilities.

The Detroit, Michigan-based customs broker primarily serves the motorsports and automotive manufacturing industries, with the investment further strengthening Rock-it Global’s abilities to service these sectors.

The acquisition will add to Rock-it Global’s existing customs brokerage services for the music touring, theatre, live events, sports, motorsports, and trade show verticals.

“Bolstering our customs brokerage service offering not only strengthens our capabilities on the U.S.-Canada border, but also further enhances our value proposition and expands the end-to-end solutions we can offer our motorsports customers,” said Daniel Rosenthal, President and Chief Executive Officer, Rock-it Global.

“We are constantly evaluating strategic opportunities to grow the business, enhance our value proposition to customers, and expand service offerings across the world.

“The acquisition of Dell Will builds on our strategy of expanding our presence in the high-growth sports and motorsports industries and our commitment to provide door-to-door solutions for customers with challenging international requirements.”

Founder and Vice President of Motorsports Customs Brokerage, Marty Bloch, will continue to lead Dell Will following the acquisition.

“For more than 23 years, Dell Will has focused on providing best-in-class customs clearance services for time-critical shipments and serving clients with complex international logistics moves,” said Bloch.

“We have worked closely with Rock-it Global as a supplier for years and joining the team to support Rock-it Global’s efforts in motorsports is an exciting step for us.

“Our extensive history working together to serve the same end customers has solidified our cultural and operational alignment and confirmed that we share the same passion for providing exceptional service.

“We are confident this partnership will further enable us to expand our client base while continuing to deliver top-notch service to our customers.” Founded in 2000, Dell Will is run by an experienced team of customs brokerage experts and specializes in providing customs clearance services for motorsports, automotive manufacturing, and other customers with complex, time-critical needs.
